2. Eligibility

3. Usage & Responsibilities

• Do not share or expose your API keys or tokens.
• Rate limits and fair use apply. Abuse may result in revoked access.
• Use of ShieldHQ must comply with all applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Host or promote phishing, malware, or harmful content
• Exploit, reverse engineer, or overload our services
• Use ShieldHQ to engage in harassment or abuse

5. Stored Data & Tracking

ShieldHQ securely stores data about:

• 30,000+ flagged phishing domains
• Discord server (guild) metadata
• Verified bots and application entries
• Basic user profiles (IDs, access logs)

6. Limitation of Liability

ShieldHQ is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access at any time, with or without notice, especially in cases of abuse or policy violations.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Major updates will be announced, but continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
